So it is probably ec: Probably eczema. WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR IT? DOES IT HELP?  Eczema is typically chronic and recurrent. If you are not satisfied with current treatment return to the dermatologist.

my symptoms: dry red cheeks resembling moon face, belly fat, excessive sweating, acne.but cortisol and acth blood test came up normal. is it cushings?

Try this: Spot cortisol and spot acth levels are less helpful in ruling cushing's in or out than a Dexamethasone suppression test or a couple of others.

ECZEMA: Typical eczema often presents this way. It is genetic and related to dry skin. Often there are relatives with asthma and eczema. Allergy tests are not helpful & may be harmful. Foods are rarely a factor.Elimination diets may be harmful. Soaking with water followed by application of vaseline or aquaphor is useful. There are good creams such as eucerin, aveeno, (oatmeal) etc. Might need rx.

Eczema: Baby eczema (also called infant eczema or atopic dermatitis) appears in about 10% to15% of children. It shows up as patches of red, leathery, somewhat blistery-looking skin. The skin is almost always tender, itchy, dry, and rough.While it may appear just about anywhere on baby's body, eczema most often occurs on baby's cheeks, and at the joints of their arms and legs.

Cheeks red : May be eczema or rosacea. . For eczema  can try aquaphor or eucerin  or if needed a MD may give steroids ( not too much on face)  For rosacea may consider metronidazole cream.  Also consider may be food allergy even this late in life. F/u/ w/ doc

Hard to say: Redness usually indicates inflammation or infection but the irregular shape is of concern. Please see a dermatologist immediately to make sure that it is not a form of skin cancer.

Might be ringworm: Especially if there is a ring of more redness around the lesion, it might be a mild fungal infection often known as ringworm.  A mild over-the-counter treatment would be Clotrimazole (active ingredient of some foot fungus creams) twice daily for 2 weeks.  If it gets worse or causes pain, swelling, or other symptoms, it should be seen in person.

i have two dark red dry patches on each side of my cheek around my nose for over a year.  sometimes a clear liquid will come out if i scratch it. ?

Rosacea: Red patches around the face could be a skin condition called rosacea. It may be at certain times the skin is dry and inflammation is higher an thus some exudate. It is a treatable condition with topical and oral medication. Need a photo or visit to diagnose along with complete history and physical.

bit the inside of my cheek a couple times and now have a small bump that is dark red/black; is this just dried blood? feels like a pimple

Probably so: It is probably dried blood or a blocked minor salivary gland with blood inside it. 
If it does not resolve completely in 2-3 weeks-see you local ENT or dentist to take a look.
