Infection: Please see your physician, and if you have a change in vision, dizziness or severe headache, please see the emergency department. Infections including viral and bacterial infection may cause your symptoms. 
If there is a fever, reduce the fever with Tylenol or Motrin. Drink fluids, use nasal saline rinses and cool air mist. For shortness of breath, please see your physician soon.

Common: It is common when you throw up to have watery eye. The strain that occurs from vomiting stimulates the lacrimal gland and one tears. Also your friend may have a virus that can also cause watery eye. Ypu should see a doctor to be sure.

Could be a stye,: With a pigment area of the skin not related to the swelling. Use moist heat compresses at least 4 times a day for 10 minutes at a time. Do this until it gets better. A great idea to have this examined by an ophthalmologist.

No: Flecks of blood when you throw up are not unusual - the strain of vomiting can cause small amounts of blood from the esophagus lining. Larger amounts, or repeated vomiting with blood can be a serious matter that should be checked out by a doctor.

Hydration: It would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation. In the mean time increase your fluid intake. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

A variety of skin: Lesions present themselves as a "red dot" on the eyelid. Something as benign (harmless) as a chalazion (stye) to as serious as a basal cell carcinoma. A short list would also include actinic keratosis, cutaneous blastomycosis and nevus. The diagnosis can usually be made easily by history and appearance of the lesion.

Corneal ulcer: The spot is probably on the cornea, the crystal over the brown iris.  As you wear contacts and feel something, it most likely is an ulcer.  If it is near the edge it is probably not serious but does require treatment to prevent it from getting serious.  If it is near the center, it is serious and could affect your vision.  Leave your contact out and see an ophthalmologist ASAP.
