Not sure but...: Given that using apple cider vinegar to get rid of a mole is not a standard recommended medical treatment (even though to my surprise it's reported to often help) I have no information to definitively answer your question. Often there is redness after a scab comes off.  It will probably get better on it's own, but my favorite treatment for skin irritation/inflammation is calendula cream/ointment.

: Those skin lesions could be due to viral or fungal infection. Examination +/- testing should be done for the correct diagnosis. Best if you can see a dermatologist if possible or at least you should see your family doctor.

Possible rosacea: Rosacea is a skin condition that causes redness and flushing of the skin.  It can be associated with red pustules as well.  There treatments which can control the symptoms you should see a dermatologist .

Many causes...: Red cheeks can be a sign of sunburn, rosacea, cellulitis, acne, lupus, side effects of medications (flushing symptoms), dermatitis due to topical preparations/soaps/lotions, signs of viral infection (exanthems), just to name a few.  Get to a doctor so they can look at this and begin to tender a diagnosis. Only then can a proper treatment or recommendation be made.
