Perioral dermatitis: The word ‘perioral’ means ‘around the mouth’ while dermatitis stands for ‘inflammation of the skin’. It is actually an inflammation of the facial skin due to the development of small eruptions around the mouth. It is commonly seen in young women. But it sometimes also affects men. In this condition, you can see papules or tiny red bumps around the lips. There is also a burning sensation.

May be fungus/yeast: It is very difficult to diagnose any kind of rash in genital area without looking at it. My guess is that it  is a fungus or yeast infection. Try any antifungal like Monistat-derm. Follow the directions of using it properly and if not better in a week, see a Dermatologist if you can or see a family doctor.

Nerve: If there is no discoloration or swelling, the symptoms suggest irritable superficial nerves. This irritability should subside if no signs of inflammation ensue.

i been taking diflucan (fluconazole) this morning i woke up with redness on my face burning red rash on my neck and itches. could it be allgeric reaction?

Yes: Nearly any drug can cause an allergic response and you need to avoid Diflucan (fluconazole) until proven otherwise.  Notify your doctor to see if you need medical attention if the problem is bothersome or worsens.   In the meanwhile try topical hydrocortisone cream.

my feet are itchy and burning after itching....and knees arms hands feet itches in night more...help me..i got red rashes after 2 days of itching..tq?

Clean, don't scratch: Clean the bedding well. Gently clean your body well too and wipe w/ diluted vinegar or witch hazel, etc. Use a hypoallergic lotion too. Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as directed. If you still suffer, see a Dr. You might need a lb test and/or a Rx anti-inflammatory. Try hard to not scratch! Avoid infection.

Infection?: To know for sure what it is, you would need to see a Dermatologist.  A common cause of your symptoms is a yeast infection or bacterial infection in the skin.  These can usually be treated with non-prescription antifungal or antibacterial skin creams.   Best wishes!

Doctor can examine: Hands and fingers eczema sometimes appears as itchy little blisters. In some people, the blisters are actually little firm bumps, but they do itch. We call that dyshidrosis or dyshidrotic eczema. Because rashes are difficult to describe in words, and even harder to visualize from words, his primary care doctor or a dermatologist can look at the blisters to help decide what they are.

Angular Cheilitis: Inflammatory condition, can be fungal or bacterial in nature. Can also be cause by a dry mouth. Please see your physician for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
