Penis bumps: Penis bumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and council you for prevention.

Likely ingrown hair: Most likely it is an ingrown hair possibly getting infected.  You can apply a topical abx like neosporin.  If not improving get it checked out by your doctor.  Does not sound like an STD though.

every time i have sex with my new girlfriend i develop small red bumps on the shaft of my penis.  weve had sex 4 times in a month and 4 times it has happened. then goes away in a couple days. looks like small pimple like. what could it be ?

Small red bumps: This may be some type of allergic reaction; it is not suggestive of a sexually transmitted disease. Try using a condom to see if still happens.

Not an STD: If you don't have risk factor for std's, it is not std's so don't worry much. Skin lesions need to be looked at to know what it is. Also, we need to know many things that might associate with the lesions like how long it has been there, or associate pain... The best way is to come see your physician.

i had a painless red bump on the shaft of my penis and i am worried on whether this could be a syphilis chancre. had unprotected oral about a month ago. how does a typical chancre look like? and if the bump is painless, does it always mean syphilis?

Syphilis chancre: Chancres are open sores, not skin bumps. However, if it's been under a week or so, maybe the bump will begin to ulcerate, becoming a chancre. With unprotected oral exposure a month ago, the timing is right for syphilis:  chancres generally begin 2-4 weeks after exposure. Does a painless bump "always mean syphilis"? No, usually not. However, you definitely should be examined and tested ASAP.
