i have non itchy, red bumps on my elbows, knuckles, knees, and thighs. not allergy or psoriasis. had a fever last week don't know if it's related. what could it be?

Viral rash: Many viruses can cause a rash in addition to other symptoms such as fever and cough. Many of these rashes are  not specific or characteristic enough to identify the virus. The viral rash itself is not usually serious.  But it is very important to make sure the rash is not part of a serious infection such a meningococcal infection. If you have any concerns then contact your doctor immediately.

i keep getting itchy red bumps on both middle knuckles of my index fingers and on my elbows.  very random not always at same times, for 3yrs now. ?

Elbow rash: Common rashes of the elbow include cellulitis, dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis. You have a recurring rash without itch. You also describe pustules. Cellulitis typically does not come and go neither does psoriasis. Although no itching a contact dermatitis would be most likely.  Could be just skin getting dry. See if moisurizer effects the rash.

i have red bumps on my elbows, one side has a bigger cluster.  they are not itchy and corticosteroid cream is not helping.  suggestion?

Folliculitis: This may be skin irritation from the burn or folliculitis, but the bumps could also be unrelated to the burn. I would see your dermatologist to have this evaluated.
