Skin bumps: Very hard to answer without getting details, about location, type of bumps, and duration and also without visualization.  If this in a in patchy area and itching could be eczema or if in areas exposed as hands contact dermatitis.

A picture is worth..: ..a thousand words.  There are NUMEROUS causes of tiny red bumps on skin that itch. Contact allergy (touching something irritating), ingesting something allergic (food, drugs), dry skin or eczema, scabies (itch mites), other insect bites, infection. You can try OTC cortisone cream, and if not better soon, see your doctor. Best wishes!

Pimple : Such changes can occur in many different parts of the body.  Of course, there are many other possibilities (e.g. Inflammed lymph nodes).  Bartholin's gland cysts (although not in the classic location) is yet another possibility.  Sitz baths (soaking the perineum in a shallow pan/bucket of warm water with a touch of epsom salt for about five minutes daily) can sometimes decrease any symptoms.

You : You could be dealing with an allergic reaction, scabies, bed bugs(mites) etc. It is difficult to say. Has your boyfriend experienced symptoms as of now? If so then you will both need treatment. If possible see your doctor for an evaluation. In the meantime wash your sheets in very hot water, clean all rugs, etc. If you are unable to see a doctor you can try over the counter Elimite (permethrin) cream, it won't hurt if it is not scabies. In additon benadry for itching. The best thing is to seek medical care for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

have small cluster of small red bumps in pubic area ( not on penis) and its not raised bumps. it itches and i scratched it, started to bleed. is this herpes? does herpes itch a lot?

Pubic lice?: Can’t really tell without seeing (physically or virtually). Sounds more like scabies/pubic lice rather than Herpes

Have doctor examine (physically or virtually), diagnose and treat.

i have developed a rash & no clue what it is.  started with red bumps on left waistline, then right, then right arm, now left.  it looks almost like severe acne, but isn't and itches.  any ideas?

Doctor can examine: Bumps and spots can be from many causes, such as: hives, viral infections, other infections (impetigo), medication causes, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, allergic reactions to various things (poison oak, allergenic foods), etc... That means a rash that persists, looks worrisome, or may be infected should be checked by a doctor... in-person or online.

Underwear: Wonder if u r allergic to material the underwear is made of, or the detergent used. Best to consult a dermatologist to run tests.
