i have red bumps or blisters in the back of my throat, along with runny nose a cough but no fever. could this be mono? strep? or cold ?help?

Virus infection: That red 'rash' is called an enanthem and it could be from a virus such as adenovirus, enterovirus, or coxsackie - something like that. If this was mono or Strep, those should cause a fever and you would probably be worse. Best to get it checked with a throat exam and diagnostic tests. In the meantime, hot ginger tea or hot lemonade (lemon juice, hot water and honey) may help those symptoms.

got shingles on march 17 & small rash. no blisters just red bumps. didnt pop or pick scabs but bumps won't go away. redness gone but not bumps. scars?

Need more info: Red, raised bumps with clear vessels are macuvesicualr rashes.  These can be caused by viral infections, medications and reactions from things on the skin.  Do they itch or painful?  Do you have any systemic symptoms like fever? Is it in your mouth as well? Any new meds?  While rarely dangerous, if you have systemic symptoms like fever, it is spreading or UR feeling sick, you should see your doc

May need antibiotics: Rashes are difficult to describe in words. If a person got an ankle rash after playing outdoors, that might mean bug bites or plant exposures. A primary care doctor can look at the skin and make a diagnosis. Blisters with pus inside tend to be infections. How old: If the child is a newborn, it could be milia. After that it can be anything from a freckle to acne to cellulitis or a skin infection. For these a picture is very helpful to narrow down what is a large list of possibilities.

Palmar lesions: In medical school, lesions on the palms are said to be syphilis until proven otherwise, but contact dermatitis and a variety of other conditions are possible.  Suggest you show these to a dermatologist.
