Leave it alone: This may be a small hemagiona. It can be treated if  you want it off, but you will need professional care. See a derm doc if you want it off.

Burn: If this was a burn caused blister and not a herpes, it will heal from inside out. The lip is highly vascular and burns there should heal earlier than on the other skin sites. Instead of 2 weeks or more, I would normally expect healing in half that time. Don't srape of scabs as they protect the underlying tissue and therefore your lip will take longer to heal. See MD as needed.

Needs to be seen: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment.  It sounds like just a small cyst but an exam will be needed to confirm

Dark Red Bubble: Not exactly a medical term, but it might be a lesion related to biting your cheek. If it does not resolve on its own within two weeks, seek the help of an oral surgeon to determine exactly what it is.

: If you are not at risk for sexual transmitted disease (STD), just watch the lesion and keep it dry, clean your penile glans  daily next 3 days with mild soap. If you think you are exposed to someone who may have STD, see your doctor if the lesion does not resolve in 3 days.

Typical: This is common.  As long as she doesn't turn blue (lips/fingers) while appearing to struggle to catch breath, then this is normal prequel to angry scream.  Expect this display to repeat!

Examination: Need a lot more information, including a complete medical history, to be able to diagnose/treat. Please make an appointment with your General Physician or Urgent care for evaluation then treatment or referral.  Take with you complete history of your mold exposure, a list of all the meds/supplements/vitamins that you take, and a list of any and all recreational drugs.

Mucocele?: Possibly a mucocele... Best to see a dentist to determine if that is the correct diagnosis.  They can disappear on their own, especially in younger people.  Steroids and oil of primrose can both be used to treat them. 
They can also be removed surgically.
They may reoccur.
