Urine analysis: There are many things that come together to diagnose a uti. The epithelial cell suggest a poor catch and contamination. Without voiding symptoms1 red cell and 3 white cells can be normal. >3 rbc/hpf in 2/3 specimines is the definition of microscopic hematuria and should be worked up with a urologist. Especially in a smoker.

These: FINDINGS in  a male generally  indicate a mild infection in your urethra (urethritis) or prostate gland (prostatitis)  and you should have a urine culture , in person exam and possible treatment!

: These are normal results. Microscopic inflammation (white blood cells, i.e. "pus cells") or bleeding (RBC) occurs from time to time in entirely healthy urinary tracts. But why was the urinalysis done in the first place? If discharge, uncomfortable urination, or visible blood are present or show up in the future, repeat the urinalysis. If any doubt, see a doctor.

Nothing: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what you described is not a cause for concern.

: Clue cells are seen in bacterial vaginosis - so you don't have that. You don't have yeast infection, there is no blood and very rare pus, and just skin cells.  Would still have to do culture to check for overgrowth of ureoplasma/ mycoplasma and chlamydia/ strep if symptoms or concern ( may occur w/o symptoms also ) and would have to look for or culture for Trichomonas. F/u/w/ MD

A definite maybe: If you are seriously B 12 deficient You may make more bilirubin from lysis of red cell precursors, with darker stool. Today's scientific medicine makes little of stool color. Unless it is black and tarry, or clay colored, or bright red, I would pay little attention.

1 + Positive: 1 + (plus) denotes a smaller degree of red blood cells in your stools, where blood may not be visible. Such a classification is somewhat arbitrary, with 4+ meaning a good amount of blood that would be visible to the naked eye. Your doctor can advise you re multiple causes for blood to apprear in stools, including straining due to constipation and minor tear in anal areas or hemorroids.

See your doc: The symptoms you are giving warrant further wrork up. Hemorrhoid alone do not explain the high ESR and the fast pulse. It is important to know how high is the ESR and to do a complete physical exam to look for skin rash or mucosal ulcers. Only a physician can guide you to get an accurate diagnosis.
