It may not mean: anything more, especially in someone who has amennorhea. Your hormones apparently do not rise and fall in the normal pattern leading to no menses; this same phenomenon could cause only 1 day of withdrawal bleeding. Because it is atypical, if you are sexually active a pregnancy test should be checked. Just continue under your doctor's care for the amennorhea problem. Good wishes:)

Csf doesn't leak: Pesudotumor cerebri is a condition in which the intracranial pressure is high. Various medications,recent weight gain and for unknown reasons it can develop. If symptomatic Ps. cerebri is untreated ,it can affect the vision. But CSF doesn't leak in pseudotumour cerebri. CSF leak in a patient is serious and immediate intervention is needed as infection may ascend through the dehiscence  in bones.

A number of things: Generally, lithium itself is not associated with weight gain.  It could be another medication, indirect effects of the lithium on the thyroid, or a change in eating patterns from the mental illness that the lithium is treating.  Please consult your MD.
