Hernias and mesh: Generally the mesh is "tacked  in place" by staples or a suture and should not wander.   Are you sure its the mesh moving versus another hernia - around the mesh?   I might try a different surgeon.

Some...: Biologic mesh for recurrent is generally safe. Like any foreign body, it could become infected, cause a stricture, or in rare cases even erode into the esophagus. That being said, it plays a very important role in reducing the recurrence rate of your hernia from as high as 20-25% down to 3-5%.

"Cause," no.: At 130 days it's either a successful fix, or it's not. Pain without bulge is probably related to adhesions more than to hernia recurring.

You can try: any major medical center. Shouldice Center in Canada may be fine. There may be a facility closer to you that does laparoscopic repairs of recurrent hernias too. Ask your doctor about the specialists in your region.

Very likely: Unless it was done before 1990's or it was a small umbilical hernia then most likely you have a mesh implanted. If you had an inguinal hernia repaired then it is almost 100% mesh repair. Kids are almost never repaired with mesh.

Hernia reapir: is not related to the ability to become pregnant. Pregnancy could stretch out or cause a hernia recurrence in some. Ask your Obstetrician your concerns.

i  am18 years of age i had a left inguinalherniarepair last12 days ago on the 4th day,i felt a  fluid has accumulated  in my former hernia site,it became harden as times goes on, it an recurrent hernia though i use a mesh,it dont push in like hernia?

Recheck: Have the surgical site checked by your surgeon for Seroma or recurrence of Hernia.

Non-reactive: Mesh used for hernia repair does not cause an immune or allergic reaction.  Your body does respond to the mesh by forming scar tissue and sending inflammatory cells to the area. If this normal response is excessive, you may have pain at the site. If there is red skin, may be an infection. Best to have it checked by your surgeon if you're concerned. Hope this helps!

Why do you want : Start smoking , if you are able stop due to surgery , don't start. Most of the people after surgery will resume normal activities in  4 wks , if you consider smoking as normal activity , doctors will not.
