Still early: Our surgery was only a few weeks ago, give it a few more weeks and i suspect things will get better.

You can: Sleep in any position that is comfortable to you. Your surgery and sleep positioning are unrelated except on the level of your comfort.

NOT serious: After major laparoscopic surgery  like colectomy , some times incisional  hernia develops , if it happens will need simple surgery to repair it.

Is about the same: Recovery will be fast with lap. Surgery which ever way the port is introduced .Speak to your doctor.

Surgical recovery: The recovery for this procedure can be anywhere from 2- 6 weeks dependent upon the extensiveness of the surgery which may include complications such as hemorrhage and infection. The weight loss will be negligible.

i had a salpingectomy bilateral laparoscopic done four years ago. my boyfriend accidentally cum in me should i be worried.  my period is still a couple day away.  what should i do ??

Nothing needed: If both of your Fallopian tubes were in fact completely removed, then nothing is needed for contraception, or post coital Rx. The only way contraception can occur under these circumstances is a failure at a tubal "stump" next to the uterus.
