: I don't know about your particular surgical procedure, but it takes a few weeks after patella tendon surgery, in general, to walk normally and 6-12 months to be able to participate in sports.  Your orthopedic surgeon, who knows your status, is best to answer your question.

6 months: Younger athletes have a greater likelyhood of redislocating.  While physical therapy (rather than surgical intervention) helps some, the larger the tear and the younger the athlete the greater probrbability of future problems if not surgically repaired.

Possible reinjury: If you did not go through rehab and engaged in activities before well healed you may have re-injured it . talk to your orthopedist and may be another MRI study

Proximal humerus: It may take 6 weeks for boney healing, depending upon the displacement of the fracture, the health of the individual, and the quality of the surrounding soft tissues.

See hip specialist: Depending on the type of hip stress fracture you may need:1) rest and crutches for 6-8 weeks or longer  or 2) surgery followed by around 3-4 months for recovery before resuming sports. Or 3) worst case scenario partial hip replacement if complications result....The labrum tear needs to be addressed by a hip arthroscopy specialist and may need: 1)  nothing done or 2) injection or 3) surgery.
