B+: You should receive a matching blood type. You would only use o+ if it was a dire emergency or if you were bleeding to death on the battle field.  Luckily, elective transfused can usually be matched better!

Different meds: These are different forms of the same basic med & provided in different concentrations. Epi (1%) racemic @ 2.5%. There is qualitative differences on their effectiveness in a given patient.

Remicade (infliximab): First off...Demand your physician write a letter to the insurance and you should also write a letter complaining to the insurance since it is the only medication that has worked. There are many associated side effects with the class of med, but abrupt cessation does not seem to be a concern.

Avoid sugary drinks, sticky sweets, potato chips, etc!

No. Please do: Gastric  contents are very damaging to teeth.  Brushing after vomiting removes stomach acid and helps prevent erosion caused by vomiting.

Yes it can: Where there is recession there is also some loss of the bone supporting your teeth. If you have too much bone loss then your teeth can become loose and you may loose them.
The best thing is treatment , the sooner the better, so that you do not loose your teeth. Your dentist may refer you to a periiodontist, a specialist in gum diseases for this problem.
