Very unlikely: Trichomoniasis  is transmitted by fluid transmission. It is not known to be carried in someones mouth.

Low risk, but...: Chlamydia is rarely transmitted by oral sex. The partner with chlamydia had it in her vagina, not her mouth, and therefore can't transmit it from her mouth. And even if you had it, your more recent partner probably wouldn't catch chlamydia by performing oral on you. However, anyone with more than one partner at a time is at high risk for all STDs. See your doctor and get tested ASAP.

See your provider: While oral sex is generally safe, the human mouth contains numerous bacteria.  It is possible you developed a bacterial vaginal or urinary infection.  This can be easily treated but it would be helpful for you to see your provider for vaginal cultures, urinalysis, and urine culture.  Hope you feel better.

Get tested: Herpes can be transmitted even if there are no obvious lesions. Oral herpes, Herpes type, 1 can infect the genitals. It would be prudent to see  a doctor and get tested.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

: Chlamydia, incluidng LGV types, is rarely transmitted by oral sex. You didn't need testing, but the negative results are reliable. (I hope you were also tested for gonorrhea. That's the main STD risk from receiving oral sex among MSM.)

See surgeon ASAP: I would imagine that your surgeon didn't anticipate your having oral sex while still with stiches in your penis.  As anyone's mouth is full of bacteria, this was a bad idea, and if the stiches ripped it might be a worse one.  I would seek an urgent appointment and in the meantime wash thoroughly and keep it clean until you see the surgeon.
