Not any: I don't think there is a specific vitamin deficiency that would affect just the gums and cause them to recede.  If you are so malnourished that the gums are receding, i think you have bigger problems to worry about.  Remember, then only way the gums can recede, is if the jawbone underneath goes first.

: Without a visualization it is difficult to give you a meaningful answer. If the gingiva around your anterior teeth (both buccal and lingual) are inflammed, it may be a dental issue. Have you seen a dentist recently for an examination with radiographs? If not, it's time to make an appointment.
