Tongue rashes: Many possibilities.  Perhaps your mother is allergic to something she places in her mouth e.g. Mouthwash, toothpaste, lipstick, some food, medication, chewing gum, gargle solution etc.  Try eliminating possible irritants or causes of allergy.  Make sure not on medicine or sleeping pills etc. That can dry the mouth.  If over weight may have sleep apnea that restricts normal breathing.

INDIGESTION: Gi problem may not be related to the rashes or swollen lymph nodes or premature delivery. Have yourself checked.

MAYBE SHINGLES: Get seen=you may have shingles (zoster) rash! . It first presents as severe burning pain then quickly turns into a blistery rash (generally on only 1 side of the body).  Early treatment may help prevent post-herpetic neuralgia --a painful complication. Hope you are better soon!

Dry skin: It is possible that you only have dry skin and you have to change your bathing habits. Only take short showers and use a mild soap only in your private areas. Apply a moisturizer cream at night and a lotion in the morning. If possible skip a shower for a day since your skin will thank you for that.

: It probably is not dust causing your skin rashes and is more likely another allergen or an immune reaction.  I would strongly suggest seeing an allergist for this issue.  Their specialty is allergy and immunology so they can definitely get to the bottom of the problem with testing.
