Genetics: Unless there is a problem with the uterus itself, almost always the pregnancy is genetically abnormal. That has been known for a very long time. Some women even at a young age can have that problem. It takes advanced fertility therapy to diagnosis and fix that problem. Although there are some other possibilities likely blood clotting disorders for instance, genetics is the most common explanation.

Genetic abnormality: You had an early fetal demise. This is fairly common and most often its a chromosomal (gene) abnormality during early development that is responsible.

i have a home fetal doppler. i'm almost 33 weeks pregnant. i check the heart beat once every week to two weeks certainly not every day cause i worry if i check to much it will be dangerous. his heart beat goes from 150's to 180s. is that normal?

: First of all I pray that you have a healthy normal delivery.  Your baby's heart rate is not particularly high and I think you are causing yourself unnecessary stress by resorting to this electronic monotoring device.  Give your doctor (obstetrician) a call to sett= you mind completely at rest.

fetus was measuring accurate at 5w3d and 8w4d u/s. but this time i should be 11w3d but u/s showed only 10w1d with a strong heartbeat. why?

Margin of error: There are various margins of error at various gestational ages on sonograms. The margin of error in a first trimester sonogram is about 7 days. You can confirm with your doctor but it appears you are within the normal range
