i am 21 years boy.my weight is 80kg. i have slight black area on my face . what is the reason. and how can i treat it naturally. the dark area are seen on my check bellow my eyes?

: If this is new or changing, see a doctor ASAP. If it is longstanding and unchanged for several years, it is likely benign. It is probably not a good idea to "bleach" it. Makeup may be an option.

: Try reducing your weight so that your BMI is between 20-24. Avoid exposure to sun, you may wear a hat. Using sunscreen may be helpful.

Oily skin : Go to pharmacy they have msny skin  care and drying agents try one  and switch if no response.

Genetic: Always use a gentle cleanser since harsh soaps can trigger the skin to increase oil production, if a basic facial cleanser doesn’t cut oiliness, try a product that includes an acid such as benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or beta-hydroxy acid, make sure to wash with warm water, not hot, because temperature extremes can irritate skin.Let me know if this doesn't work :].

More sun exposure..: ..is usually the explanation for one's face being darker.  Sun exposure increases the secretion of the skin pigment melanin. Dirt, pollution may also contribute. You should be using sun block every day on all sun exposed skin,but it may be difficult to get your face back to the shade of the rest of your body. Consult a Dermatolgoist for expertise: hydroquinone, alezaic acid, possible chemical peel

Get checked: You need to be evaluated to see if you have an extra-cranial source of pain, such as a TMJ pain syndrome, vs. An intracranial source such as migraines or cluster headaches, or even an intracranial mass lesion such as a meningioma.

May have Gastroenter: You mean to say you felt lightheaded, moved your bowels and than you vomited
you may have gastroenteritis, you should consult your doctor to confirm that or if it is something else
drink clear liquids containing electrolytes to prevent dehydration and if you keep vomiting go to er as you might need IV fluids etc.

No reason: The people who I have seen die, had medical complications that caused swelling prior to death, but I have no experience of seeing swelling after death. Not really a health issue is it? (we are talking immediately? Without exposure to warmth and time?).

If nothing is diagnosed relating to your mouth then a referal to your medical doctor is needed. Go asap to prevent infection from spreading thruout your body.
