Contamination: There is no suggestion of an infection:  rather, the epithelial (skin) cells and bacteria are falling into your urine.  Another important component of a urinalysis is the nitrate/nitrites - if positive (and with bacteria present) would further suggest/confirm an infection.

Hard to say: 5-10 epithelial cells indicates that is a contaminated sample.  The WBCs indicate there may be an infection of some kind somewhere.  I would get a repeat clean-catch sample for reevaluation.  Hope this helps!

Shouldn't need to: Your results show no evidence for infection, just the normal cells found in the vagina. No yeast , no bacterial vaginosis, no bleeding. If you still have concerns, talk to your doctor again.

Sepsis: Medical definition is fever, rapid pulse (&gt;90/min), rapid respirations (20/min or more), elevated WBC counts with immature cells. Any two of these constitutes sepsis if due to infection. Your doctor should be able to recognize this easily if present. Sounds like a simple case of cystitis (bladder infection) and not likely to cause sepsis.
