: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. : Since your creatinine is normal, your eGFR should be OK. However, if this was a clean catch urine specimen, the findings of 3+ proteinuria &amp; rbcs indicates potentially serious glomerular kidney disease. A nephrologist should be consulted. Appropriate testing will be ordered&amp;includes a.microscopic examination of the urine sediment, A 24 hour measurement of total protein, urine immunofixation

OK/keep checking,,: This is near negligible but it's good to keep checking.  You've had bleeding after menopause, hormone therapy, and polypectomy and dnc, all of which can result in bleeding.  That this is so slight is very good, but get a repeat ua next exam or go in sooner if there's bloody urine as that might mean a kidney or bladder issue.  Best of luck.

Microhematuria: This is worth a follow-up. A few percent of human beings always have extra red cells in the urine without any clear cause, and it's actually normal in serious runners. Ask your physician whether your daily Aspirin might have something to do with it, and whether any follow-up is indicated -- a check for bladder or kidney tumors is the chief concern.

Normally none: Normally there are no red blood cells in a urine sample. Women having their montly period tend to get blood contamination in urine easily. Otherwise with a clean sample, there is a source of red blood cells entering the urine from some other location, which is abnormal and further evaluation is needed including clinical history and physical exam.

: No.  IF on a spun specimen then maybe. Need more details on what was done.  And be certain it was a clean catch midstream urine.  See:  Perm J. 2009 Winter; 13(1): 37–46 go to pubmed &amp; search for this.

More than 3 is considered abnorm done on a proper specimen in at least 2 of 3 times. Urine not collected within 48 hrs of exercise.  I would repeat 2 more at least 48 hr after exercise.

Pus: Pus is a form of exudate that is seen at the site of inflammation &amp; not usually observed (or even tested for) in a routine urinalysis. You should discuss with your doctor. However, The RBC finding is in the normal range. Hope that helps!
