RBCs: If there are red blood cells and nothing else abnormal, then blood is entering your urine in some way. Are there symptoms like burning with urine, flank pain, recent infection, etc? In females this is common with recent period. See your doctor for further follow up as this needs to be looked at in a clinical context to be sure everything is good.

Microhematuria: This is worth a follow-up. A few percent of human beings always have extra red cells in the urine without any clear cause, and it's actually normal in serious runners. Ask your physician whether your daily Aspirin might have something to do with it, and whether any follow-up is indicated -- a check for bladder or kidney tumors is the chief concern.

Not enough info!: Are you having any symptoms? Did you clean properly before you collected the urine sample? Have you had unsafe sex? We need to know the answers to those questions, before we can give you good advice.  Ask the doctor who ordered it, or see one and get it repeated.  If you have had unsafe sex, get checked for std's. If you have urinary tract symptoms (burning, frequent urination, etc.) you need meds

Possibly. : Blood in the urine, or hematuria, in the absence of infection, is abnormal and should be worked up. First, a urinary infection must be ruled out. Red cells are common in this setting. If there is no infection, more than 3 red cells in the urinalysis is considered microscopic hematuria & requires evaluation. Work with your doctor to make sure you find a cause, or rule out the more worrisome ones.
