i take topamaz 25mg morning and 25mg night. can i take both doses in the morning? i keep forgetting the night pill no matter how many reminders.

Take as prescribed: Discuss this with the doctor. Don't risk possible self harm. Perhaps there are alternatives that only require one daily dose, but until you better understand the reasons for your medications, do not make such  decisions on your own. Your well being is too important. Care about yourself enough to do it right.

Seborrhea: Seborrheic dermatitis was the cause of your dandruff and is likely leading to the odor from your scalp.  Try leaving on your dandruff shampoo for 10 minutes before washing off.  Also, see your dermatologist as you may need a prescription topical steroid to calm the inflammation in the scalp.

i have chickened out of having a smear test last july and keep getting reminder letters. should i go now?

Yes: The pap smear checks the cells on your cervix to see if they are normal or not.   It really is a safe and reliable way to keep yourself safe, and i highly recommend you have it done at whatever interval is right for you.  And if you do have problem cells on your cervix it is much better to find them early when they can easily be treated.

Needs med eval.: If you think it might be broken then she needs medical evaluation to include history, physical examination and appropriate radiographic studies. Use rice too - rest the ankle, ice it intermittently, compress & elevate.

See a pediatrician: One who makes repeated noises, or rolls his eyes or twitches his face, may have tics, which are exaggerated habits.  Of course, he might have allergies or throat irritation that "encourage" tics to continue because irritation makes him sense there is some throat discomfort. Some doctors check for strep throat when a child has new tics with throat, allergy or cold symptoms. "Reminders" worsen tics.

i'm currently taking microgestion 1.5/30 birth control. am i fully protected if i do not take any of the brown pills? are these just reminder pills?

Oral contraceptives: Most oral contraceptives have three weeks of active pills and one week of reminder pills to keep in the habit of taking a pill every day at the same time.  It is best to take the reminder pills but if you miss one after having taken the ACTIVE pills as directed and on time, you will remain protected.  Try to take the pill at the same time each day.

End of pack : The day of the week is not relevant. When you are taking birth control pills you start your cycle at the end of the pack.
