If the blister: Or rash is caused by bacteria or viruses, yes it can spread.  Exact likelihood depends on many things such as number of organisms transmitted.

Dermatographic: This can best be controlled with an antihistamine- if the rash only occurs with scratching.  If they are raised without having been scratched, then they are hives which likewise can usually be controlled with antihistamne 2-4 x daily.

i have a very itchy rashes all over my body. my previous doctor gave me medrol dose pack 4mg for 5 days assuming its allergy but i finished the medication and the rashes spreaded more and its so itchy that i cannot control.  is it scabies?

Scabies: It might be scabies. You should see a Dr to diagnose the rash and give you a prescription for the appropriate medication. Scabies is treated with a prescription cream that you apply at bedtime and leave on overnight, washing it off in the morning. All clothes, sheets, towels will have to be washed and dried in high heat to kill the parasite. All members of your household should be treated.

sudden wide spread muscle and body pain, swelling, stiffness, and pain in pinky joint when i wake up. feel unwell, but no fever. cbc blood work and sugars came back fine. no rashes or anything else strange. just persistent body pain. had for 2 weeks.

No recent tick: bites or mosquito bites?   If tick bite,, think of lyme disease.. No recent travel where you could have picked up mosquito bite--that could be  Zika or chikungunya

did fbc,ana and tsh test. all looks ok except wbc at 11.22?

Rash: The rash with an elevated WBC may suggest inflammation. I recommend seeing a dermatologist or rheumatologist for further workup. I would be happy to do a consult if needed.

Yes it can: It can spread if the heat and sweating continues, which causes the heat rash to start with
so if you want to prevent the spread use airconditioning or fan and avoid heat and humidity.

Virus or drug: Most common cause of such rashes is a virus. Lots of viruses cause them, not just the well-known ones like measles and chickenpox. 2nd most common cause is a reaction to a medication. Probably not anything to worry about, but if it continues to spread, call your pediatrician or a dermatologist.

No: Shingles is confined to the nerve distribution of whatever nerve is infected (we call these 'dermatomes'). So the rash will spread out as a band only on one side (L or R) of the body.  It may take a couple days to fully spread out and become red, blistery &amp; painful. Hopefully seeing a doc before that happens could limit or prevent that. I've shut down 2 cases where the pt came in just before rash.

See an MD: Grandma is suffering and deserves to be evaluated by an expert.  There are just too many causes to guess over the Internet. Find a good dermatologist for Grandma and take her there. Grandmas are worth it :)
