Sex leading to rash: I do not see any correlation between sexual activity and the rash you describe.

But, I do not know your gender, age, or what sexual activity you participated in. I also do not know if you used any lubricant or latex or other product that you could have reacted to.

Avoid irritants: Avoid contact with irritants, fragrances, and harsh soap/detergent.
Please use a gentle lotion for eczema and a low dose of steroid lotion twice daily.
If no improvement, please see your PCP.

PEP: HIV prevention?: Am i reading this question correctly?  You are on pep after a sexual exposure for HIV and you now have a rash on your hand?

A rash in response to HIV medications is not unheard of, but it seems very early in the process if you have only had one or two doses of the medication.  I want to know more.

If this is allergy make sure you are able to swallow and breathe well.

Cold or hot: Can you correlate the hives with exposure to cold or warm weather? Either condition can cause hives in some people.  Try taking an antihistamine 1-2 hrs prior and see if this  helps.

Rash: There are many possibilities.  The most likely is a fungal rash.  Try OTC lotrimin (clotrimazole) twice a day for  a week on the rash.  If it does not improve or resolve, then have your rash looked at by your doctor or a dermatologist.

Rash: Generalized heretic lesion tend to be red raised lesions with a pustular center. Generally isolated not in crops necessarily. As to HIV skin manifestation ms can be many most not primary as much as secondary to other agents. Should seek medical attention and get appropriate testing especially if high risk lifestyle.

Allergic Reaction?: Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) right way.  If there is red streak and pain  with or without Fevers then there may be a component of Infection. This needs Examination immediately.

See your doctor: It could be eczema or warts, or an allergic reaction to something. Rashes are best treated in person so the doctor can see and feel to determine what it is.
