Unlikely: You are suggesting that the previous occupant of your bathroom left a deposit of semen and that you sat on that and felt it slide between your buttock cheeks  Is this a public bathroom (female only) in which case it is probably something else?  Did it get into your vagina?  There are many other things it could be rather than semen and you are unlikely to have gotten pregnant this way.

No...: Having a normal regular period means one is not pregnant. Having sex after the period means one could become pregnant on the current month. If the next period comes and is a normal regular one, it means one is not pregnant, again. If worried, one can do a urine pregnancy test the week after missing a period, or 3 weeks after having sex.
