Moisturize, benadryl (diphenhydramine): It is difficult to diagnose a rash without seeing it, but if it itches and is small try some moisturizing cream such as aquaphor or vaseline to keep it from getting too dry. Doctor can examine: Rashes are very hard to describe, so usually have to be examined to tell what they really are. One's primary care doctor can help decide if and when a rash needs to be looked at. If a child is acting totally normal, and only has a faint rash, parents can usually wait a day to see what will happen. If the skin is getting blood spots, forming blisters, breaking open, etc..., an ER doctor can check.

Anxiety vs....: Something!  It is often hard to understand how feeling stress or anxious could cause skin symptoms such as these, but in a young person your age, that is the most likely cause. HOWEVER, the significant disease causes of this are in the connective tissue disease realm: lupus, scleroderma, dematomyositis, cryoglobulinemia, rheumatoid arthritis. Reduce stress, observe, see doc in 2 weeks if persists

dealing with a problem in which movement and emotions trigger a stinging sensation along with itching/rash. before the symptoms begin i feel my body heat up internally. this happens in any weather and environment but heat makes it worse. any answers?

: I'm unsure whether you experience prickly heat, heat rash, or hives precipitated by stress&amp; anxiety. If heat related, take cool showers and let skin dry without towelling. Apply calamine lotion to the rash. Take antihistamines for hives. Consult a dermatologist as needed.

This : This rash could be a few different things. 
- impetigo is a skin infection caused by bacteria - either streptococcus or staph. This needs to be treated with antibiotics. 
- contact dermatitis is skin inflammation. It can be caused by plants such as poison ivy or poison oak or it can be from contact of a chemical or item that a person is particularly sensitive to. This is usually treated with steroid creams or oral steroids. 
- viral illness such as chicken pox, shingles or herpes can also cause painful blisters on a red base. This can be treated with anti-virals or just needs to run its course depending on the severity of the infection.

The best thing to do is to contact his doctor and have him seen, since each possible problem requires different treatments. Good luck.

Cholinergic: Heat rashes are usually not associated to allergies, though sometimes exacerbates it. Other non-allergy mechanisms such as cholinergic pathways are responsible. Management is focused on temperature control and antihistaminics.
