Get checked: STD's can have many symptoms, or no symptoms. Get checked out, and from now on, its wise to use condoms 100% of the time. Protect yourself and others.

Imiquimod? Herpes?: If you had a genital wart in that area and treated it with imiquimod, you might just have a localized reaction. Stop both imiquimod and macmiror for a few days and it probably will heal. But genital herpes is another consideration, overall the most common cause of genital ulcer disease. Best to see your doctor to be professionally checked, especially if no imiquimod use in that spot.

i have recurring yeast infection albeit antibiotic treatment and probiotics. my partner now has a rash on his genitals can anyone advise what alternative treatment i can take to resolve this? and is his rash a result of my ph imbalance? thank you!

Probably yeast: This is probably yeast, not pH imbalance. Even though your problem is persistent and perhaps not responding to the usual treatments, his probably will respond well to a standard anti-yeast cream or ointment. Any product with active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, and many more) probably will work. He can ask a pharmacist for advice. If it doesn't work, he should see doctor.

? Jock itch ?: This could easily be a common fungus that often effects the feet and crotch of athletes (commonly called jock itch). It does cause the itching &amp; color change of the affected skin. Scratching easily transfers it to other sites like your armpit, buttock. OTC foot fungus sprays may fix it over a few weeks  or you can let your doc evaluate &amp; prescribe something .

ANS: if you want to get rid of it, which I recommend, and it is scabies then you will need proper RX. So show to your Dr. and see what they say.
