Up the treatment: I see in your medication list that you are taking Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) an h1 antihistamine, and were prescribed a steroid cream.  You can try an over the counter h2 antihistamine Loratadine along with the above. You may need to be switched from the steroid cream to steroids by mouth, so a followup with your doctor would be the next step. If you have lip/mouth symptoms, go to Emergency Dept.

See a doctor:  You have symptoms that are usually found in people suffering from a number of different conditions, such as cervical arthritis, carotid dissection, a thin neck , dermatitis and swollen lymph nodes.

You are uncomforable: Not all of your symptoms will fit into one neat diagnosis. I'd start with a good neurology exam  which can address vertigo, burning leg sensation, numbness of the face.

See PCP: Could be early Herpes Zoster. See PCP. Some MDs treat before vesicles come out. Time will tell what it is. Burning eye is usually due to dryness but see eyeMD to be sure you do not have HZV in eye.

i've had headaches, sore throat, a cough, watery right eye and nausea. saw doctor on thursday, did covid test which was negative. he gave antibiotics and throat spray. this morning i have a rash on my stomach and back. i'm concerned it may be measles?

: Based on limited information, this more likely a virus that would not benefit from an antibiotic. Taking the antibiotic for a virus causes a rash. Measles usually occurs with a high fever, spots in the throat (google search them), and red eyes. It is not common for people who are vaccinated, although the vaccine titers can lower with time. See a doctor a rash needs to be seen
