i can feel a pea size node on my left neck, when press my fingers  to it. it's not visible though. i do have skin prone to itching, rash behind neck.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

Doubt it: The limited location &amp; cited appearance suggest a contact dermatitis reaction to some agent. This could be a shampoo/soap or other material that passed over  the area. Keep it clean &amp; it should heal. It does not sound like covid.

Possible allergy: The little rash on baby  neck may be due any allergy to the linen or blanket used to wrap him .Babies have sensitive skin , little friction may cause skin changes like rash . Apply hydrocortisone skin ointment and watch for any change in rash .If rash is increasing ,then consult  your doctor .

You are uncomforable: Not all of your symptoms will fit into one neat diagnosis. I'd start with a good neurology exam  which can address vertigo, burning leg sensation, numbness of the face.

my daughter has literally broke out in a freckle type rash on her neck, behind her ears and no where else. it's not raised. any ideas. ?

Rash: It is hard to diagnose a rash without seeing it. is it itchy? Has she can in contact with something that irritated her skin, like clothes, etc.

Exam needed: Proper rash treatment. if any, requires you know what it is.Sometimes a detailed description of color/texture/location/will suggest a cause but your description does not. It will require an exam along with review of past history &amp; potential exposures.

See a Dermatologist: It is really impossible to say what this rash may be without a more detailed history and exam. I suggest you make an appointment with a Dermatologist to have this evaluated properly.

hello. my 5months old baby has red rash behind both ears,it's not itchy. she also has miner rashes around the neck and legs but not red.

This sounds like: eczema or seborrhea, both of which are quite common at this age. Depending on where you live, this could be affected by dry weather and sometimes a food/milk allergy. You can try over-the-counter Aquaphor. If that doesn't help, please discuss with her pediatrician.
