Checkup: Not sure what the spot is due to.  The peripheral nerves run in a linear pattern along the back. The area you are describing corresponds to the Thoraic or mid back vertebra. The dizzy part is most concerning. Could be getting shingles, herniated disc.  vestibular involvement due to a URI. See a Doctor for checkup.

Depends: If you have a lot of flaps on your abdomen, the moist areas between folds are prone to yeast infection.  On the other hand, one needs to rule out other causes including contact or irritant rash.

It’s a form of contact dermatitis, signifying allergies to certain forms of metal. People with belt buckle rash or belt buckle allergy often get a raised rash where the belt buckle on belts remains in contact with the skin, such as below the belly button.

It could be many: things, most commonly a contact dermatitis. so I would try OTC hydrocortisone twice a day , if it doesn't resolve or gets worse in the next few days I would see a dermatologist for diagnosis as there are many other things this could be (including viral, bacterial, drug...)
