Ideas: A picture is worth a thousand words when it comes to skin problems.  But a common skin problem on the breast, especially on the underside, is a yeast infection.  You can try some anti-fungal OTC cream (ask your pharmacist) and see if that cures.  If it doesn't then maybe consider making appt with your health care provider to appropriately diagnose.

Chickenpox lesions: The rash from chickenpox/varicella can involve any part of the skin, usually sparing only the palms and soles.  Some people get sores on the mucous membranes (in the mouth, throat or eyes for example).

Consider biopsy: If it does not respond to the measures that would manage a simple dermatitis / lichen simplex in a week.

Eczema: It may be eczema, try topical vaseline 2-3 times a day, if it does not resolve, show it to your doctor, to make sure it is nothing else.

Areolar itching ?'s: Wearing a loose bra or not wearing a bra on occasion, will produce frictional/irritated  areas on both areolar sites which can cause pruritic rashes in those areas.  Ask your gyn physician for a referral to a dermatologist to be certain about the diagnosis.

No, if GYN exam neg.: You need to see your GYN for A breast exam and evaluation. Early diagnosis of Paget's disease is extremely important. An itchy rash could: be a yeast or fungal infection. One look is worth a 1000 words and you can probably find a better answer if a knowledgable doctor inspects the area with his own two eyes.

Not really: Itchy nipples are not a reliable symptom of pregnancy. Simply take an over the counter pregnancy test if you think you are pregnant.

Montgomery glands: Do a google image search for montgomery glands.  If this is what you're talking about, these are normal.  Everyone with breasts has montgomery glands, but some are more pronounced than others.
