Pain: You probably need to get them into physical therapy to see if it is muscle spasm, provided there is no issues with fractures, spinal cord problems, etc

Yes: It sounds like you were knocked unconscious or had some level of a concussion. Also, if you have bladder dysfunction this indicates nerve damage. You definitely should see your family physician or a specialist such as a neurologist or a neurosurgeon.

Hello. : Hello. Have you done zumba before? How good a shape are you in physically (before this chain of events)? If you are deconditioned or you turned just right, the zumba could be the cause. On the otherhand, something could have happened four days ago, which made you more vulnerable to an aggressive physical work out.

Depends: How long ago you were in the accident if it is a day or so, it is normal to feel like you have been beat up and pounded, but this should improve.  If it is more than a week or so i would see a doc just to be sure.

Tylenol (acetaminophen).: You can take tylenol, (acetaminophen) over the counter. If you need something stronger, contact your md's office. They may prescribe a prescription strength pain medication for you.

Most likely: Often muscles don't hurt post accident til first day or so. Do follow up,with this by seeing your family doc, not a minute clinic, because you need to be examined, perhaps x rays,,and start physical,therapy to break,spasm. Anti inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxers work best

Injury: soft tissue injury or mild sprain/tendonitis. Try OTC antiinflammatory medications if you are not allergic to them and additional an open patella pull on neoprene knee support ( brace)- if symtoms are not resilved within 3-4 days see your physician for evalaution.
