: Bacteria in blood, rare or not, is a very abnormal finding and it is called bacteremia, a life threatening condition. I ain't sure if you get the report correctly because lab usually does not report rare bacteria with blood culture and it is extremely rare to see a lab report which shows rare bacteria in blood smear but it is possible and if it's true this patient has severe bacteremia. can someone that is infected with the tetanus bacteria, be treated if it is progressed moderately and is tetanus disease slow growing or rapid.  is there a blood test to detect tetanus to see if you are infected?  the last time i had a tetanus shot was 26

Clinical diagnosis: Tetanus is a clinical diagnosis, not by conventional culture.  There is no blood test either for diagnosis.  The best way to prevent tetanus is to get immunization and booster dose every ten years, .

what blood test would reveal small bacteria overgrowh in the intestines? what are the symptoms and causes?

Breath test/culture: Sibo is diagnosed by a hydrogen breath test or by directly culturing bacteria from a small intestine sample.  The most common symptoms are excess gas, bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea (though sometimes constipation).  It is caused by a change in the bacteria in the small intestine becoming more like the bacteria that lives in the colon.  Anything that slows down transit time can do this.

Listeria outbreak: It is quite unlikely for Listeria to show up in the blood. Most commonly a "GI illness" is what occurs - such as nausea/vomiting or diarrhea. For those who's immune system is weak - including older age, cancer, HIV/AIDs, or even pregnancy - then it's important to check professionally with a doctor for any fevers or other signs of serious illness. Listeria, when it attacks, is a serious illness.

Probably no H pylori: That blood test cannot distinguish between past infection and current infection. A biopsy will show you current infection. If you have biopsies that showed no bacteria, then you likely do not have current and active infection.

Stool tests needed: you need a stool test.blood test would check for anemia from bleeding or a systemic infection but you need a stool test.

No: A standard complete blood count measures red blood cells and their characteristics, platelets, and white blood cells and their types.If a peripheral smear is done (microscope), bacteria in the blood can be seen but not always identified.H. Pylori is not a blood infection, rather stomach.Tests that detect h.Pylori include CLO test from a biopsy, a breath test, a blood test, and stool antigen test.

Without symptoms at this point, your pregnancy is probably safe, but it stomach cramps, diarrhea, etc. begin, get a CBC from your OB physician to check your eosinophil count (type of blood cell).

Sinus Headaches?: MRI and CT are pretty good tests to find damage inside your brain. Many times these tests can also detect sinus problem from those images. For your "moving headache" other causes such as migraine, systemic illness or psycho-somatic issues, needs to be considered, if imaging studies have been negative. Your regular doctor should check you for a better assessment.
