Stop it: If you are having these issues the first thing you should consider is stopping the remicade (infliximab). These are not normal issues. Speak with your doc.

: My first rule out would be you are hyperthyroid.  Have you been tested for that.  Did Dr feel your thyroid. Discuss with them.

Need tests: This requires a doctor's visit to review your symptoms and, at a minimum, submit stool tests and possibly blood and urine tests. The most common causes of Traveler's Diarrhea are bacteria, but parasites including giardia are also relatively common. Don't just take Pepto-Bismal; go in so an accurate diagnosis can be made and you receive the correct treatment. Good wishes:)

Yes: Yes.  Giardia is a parasite that is confined to the bowels.  Systemic symptoms such as lethargy and weakness can occur as you become dehydrated and depleted of electrolytes such as potassium and magnesium, or malnourished.  Some people have no symptoms whatsoever, not even diarrhea.

have had flat stools for about 2 yrs. no blood. about every 2 weeks i'll have some loose stools. no weight loss. appetite is fine. i'm scared ?

Stool change: if you have not had a colonoscopy at your age you should see a GI doctor to schedule one.  Any changes in the stool form may be diet related and you might want to try first some increased fiber in your diet (like veggies, fruits and if that does not work you can try things like Metamucil or Citrucil).  Good luck!

22 yo male. 6 month history of cramping, weight loss (10lbs) and loose stools, colonoscopy and upper endoscopy clear. any other causes of this??

Any biopsies done ?: With that history I would suspect celiac disease or other malabsorption syndrome.  It sound like you have had some of the work done but you need someone locally to sort this all out for you.

Possible: Green loose stools can be associated with Giardia, but other infections of the bowel cause green loose stools too!

Yes: But the real question is - what is causing the fast metabolism,  a thyroid problem? Some sort of other illness? See your doc for unexplained weight loss.

Weight loss: 17lbs?  If you can't explain why you lost the weight, and did nothing differently during that time period, i would advise you to see a doctor just as a precaution.
