Heal spontaneously: It's hard to evaluate a tear in the perineal region without seeing it. However most tears heal spontaneously on their own without any complications.

See DR: Probably easy to fix. Throw away the peroxide and neosporin as these are of no value and often cause reactions.

Skin care: Most superficial skin cuts will heal with time . Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid a lot of skin care products , antiseptics are ok. Keep  the area covered with a clean dry bandage if possible.  If redness, swelling, warmth or discharge from the cut occurs, contact your medical provider quickly to evaluate for a developing cellulitis.

Keep it clean: This is not a good place for bandages or even liquid bandages like nu skin. It will heal but you need to keep it clean in the mean time. Try washing off with a squirt bottle of water after using the toilet  and then dry with your hair dryer on a cool setting.

2 days ago while shaving with trimmer i got a small sized cut on my upper side of scrotum raphe close to penis shaft,bleeding has been stopped i've been using betadine cream since today but it havent healed yet n bit of skin is hanging what to do?

: Just put a small band-aid on the wound and change it after taking the shower. Due to the location, it takes a couple more days for healing. I predict that site will be normalized in 7-10 days.
