Incontinence/pain: Seek medical attention today. Are you chronically constipated??  2.5 months is  a long time.  Could be ovarian mass, pelvic mass, kidney /bladder mass, discogenic disease with partial caudal equina,severe constipation.

Not sure: It's hard to be sure what is causing your symptom.  If you described where the symptoms were, that may help.

Sometimes people have irritated nerve roots, some of them exit the spine, behind the abdomen, and supply sensation to the leg.  There is also a condition called a an inguinal hernia.  This affects an area between the leg and the abdomen, on your belly side.  Tingling is not normal for this

Symptoms could be due to simple constipation, but also a multitude of other conditions, some of which may be serious. Please see a doctor.

Benign muscle spasm: My thought would be that you strained an abdominal muscle somehow.  A lot more history of the concern and exam, labs and review would be needed to diagnose what is causing it. My guess is that it is self-limiting and will go away quickly. If it is still there in 24 hours make an appointment to see a doctor in your area.

Spasm of stom wall: Firmness, spasm, pain of any part of the gut/ gastrointestinal tract is caused  by the muscular part of the gut going into spasm, either due to irritation from some food, too much acid, or obstruction of normal movement  (peristalsis).  If persists more than few days, or fever, vomiting, doubled over in pain occurs, see physician.  May try stopping alcohol, caffeine, hot spicy foods, tomatoes 1st.

This : This sounds like an abdominal wall strain.  If you don't have any internal symptoms (nausea, loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea), then the problem is more likely in the abdominal wall muscles.  I would take a break from strengthening exercises.  If symptoms subside, i would resume the planks gradually.  If the symptoms don't subside, you may need longer rest or help from a physician or therapist who can guide your rehabilitation.
