Fibromyalgia: Is a generalized systemic condition that is characterized by widespread aching or pain throughout the body. A feeling of numbness, tingling in the hands and feet is not uncommon. In addition to widespread pain of more than 3 months duration, current criteria for fm requires the presence of 11 out of 18 specifically defined tender points.
Rec: see your pcp for further investigation.

Muscle spasms: Be aware if pain is elicited & reproducible by movements of certain muscles. This would indicate that is a muscle spasm prob.  If you have chronic ongoing low back pain & were/ are an extreme sports enthusiast then is concern for pelvic girdle injury. Fibromyalgia?: Without further description, it is hard to say. Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion, and your doctor will run a full battery if tests to rule out other causes.

Probably stress but: There are some subtle medical problems that can cause migrating symptoms like that. Ask your doctor to check you out. If he/she finds nothing, a referral to someone you can speak to in depth should help.

But, an ambiguous picture of transient pains can be as much about stress and worry as they can be a physical manifestation of an illness. If these pains are truly increasing or are intolerable i would get you to a real doctor for a full evaluation.
