Hard to know: A physician will need to examine and know more about your history.  The description does seem consistent with dyshidrotic eczema, but biopsy may be warranted to rule out more serious alternatives.  Cold compresses may help while awaiting evaluation.

Blisters: Blisters all over the body is most commonly due to chicken pox.  Otherwise this is very unusual and can be related to serious reaction to ingested food or drugs or to environmental contacts.  Would have provider put eyes on it.

: Chickenpox, enterovirus or even measles in an adult come to mind. Itching  accompany these. Have a physician or dermatologist examine you. Appropriate testing may be performed to confirm diagnosis.
