The serotonin activities are thought to be the most important in in working with depression. Hyperforin also induces some cyp450 enzymes, leading to reduced concentrations of certain drugs.

So you have to be calm and rested for 10-15 minutes before your BP would stabilize and that is the correct value. Get a baseline value by checking on 3 different days and then use the average value as your real BP for future reference.

There&#x27;s a lot of factors that can affect this test. For example dehydration may cause your albumin levels to be lower than normal and that can affect this ratio. I would follow up with your PCP regarding this result.
