Possible: If you have SLE ( systemic lupus erythematosus) then you must know that SLE can affect many different organs and very feequently the skin. The rash of SLE is photosensitive and typically describe as "butterfly rash" on your face, but SLE is known for many other dermatologic manifestations. You should ask your rheumatologist and if in doubt dermatologis can help sometimes with a skin biopsy.

because of hair removal, my pores/follicles are bad. on my calf, they are big and dark. on my thigh, they are little raised mounds. will waxing help?

Waxing: Will keep the hair removed if needed but won't change your follicles.

See doc: need to see your dermatologist for eval and possible tx...this could be an insect bite that might have become infected. The fact that it is spreading and painful should alert you to be seen by your doc.

Lots of things: There are a number of conditions which can cause painful raised "dots" on your legs, from bug bites to immune conditions like erythema nodosum.  See your physician for a definitive diagnosis.

Possible: Usually cellulitis is a diffuse redness with warmth and pain and some swelling. If it's only few spots of red and brown its unlikely.

is there any way to reduce the sight of pores on my legs after i shave? i put on lotion everyday but that doesn't seem to help.

Folliculitis: Shaving with a dull razor or shaving without lubricant can cause the base of the hairs to get pulled slightly out of the shaft, causing redness and irritation.  Using hypoallergenic soaps or shave creams and applying moisturizers after shaving can help reduce this.
