Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Rash: Hi, it’s hard to say without a picture but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist. The app is called VisualDX and is one of the best, if not the best out there. Many clinicians, including myself, use it. Just snap a photo and it gives you a list of possible diagnoses. Good luck!

Bumps on skin: Without seeing your skin it is impossible to make a correct diagnosis. The bumps could be: from a viral or bacterial infection, a drug reaction, an allergic reaction, a systemic disease, and other possibilities. See your local dermatologist for a diagnosis.

Rash: It sounds like Stella has a childhood exanthem. I have never heard of an arthropod assault resulting in a generalized papular eruption. You need to take Stella to a pediatrician who can ask you some questions and visualize the rash to come up with a diagnosis before treating her.

Rash: It's really difficult to accurately diagnose are rash without seeing it.  How long have you had the bumps?  Did they start all at once, or did you start with one and have progressively got more?  I recommend a visit to your doctor as they may be able to give you a prescription that will help resolve the problem.  Good Luck.

Hypersensitive skin: This could represent dermographism, where you can cause welts on your skin with pressure, like writing. Physical urticaria, or hives, also possible. I usually have someone try an oral anti-histamine for this problem.

i have tiny white bumps on the top of my rt foot. does not hurt. raised a tiny bit. would using coconut oil rubbed on my body be causing this? i stopp

Need more info: It's hard to offer advice without visual identification. You could have an allergic problem or something else. My best  advice is to make an appointment with your family physician. If coconut oil was rubbed on your why are you only braking out on the top of your right foot? Something is not right.

i have a black raised bump on my inner labia that is of a concern. i can see it properly so had to take a pic to see. i had perineal body repair surgery 5 weeks ago, but doubt that it could be connected. the gynie didnt mention anything.

Labial lesion ?'s: A "black raised bump on inner labia" after perineal surgery may simply be a "blood blister" from the instruments used in the "perineal surgery".  See your gyn surgeon who did the surgery for an exam for further treatment/evaluation.

Dermatographism: If your rash is a flat one and scratching it causing raised strip, you have dermatographism meaning that your skin is oversensitive.  If it is bothersome, taking an otc antihistamine such as zyrtec (cetirizine) will likely control it. Else it is not a major health issue.
