Depends: The burning sensation is my biggest concern that there may be some sort of infection, but the bumps you described could be unrelated. May be a simple a yeast. Would pop into your gyn and have them take a quick look.

More likely not: Given you have not been sexually active this does not seem to appear as if human papilloma virus more than likely these are just normal vaginal bumps around you clitoral area.. I do suggest that you get seen and evaluated by an OB/GYN.

What you describes certainly sounds like a blood blister.  When blood is exposed to air then it appears darker.  This is why the spot looks purple then begins to lighten.  Yes, it seems from your excellent description that it is healing quite normally.
