Legs should be long enough to reach the ground, BP enough to get blood to the body. Don't treat a number. Stay fit, trim down, do what you can to make friends who are physically fit, and feel good.

This will allow the provider to work you up for possible underlying medical conditions as well as psychiatric conditions that are associated with anger & impulsivity problems.

Best of all, if you feel, it's hard to control your rage-- seek help -- talk to a counselor or a therapist to help you figure out ways of dealing with rage.
