Removal of bladder: A radical cystectomy, usually used to treat cancer, is a complete removal of the bladder, parts of the nearby urethra, surrounding lymph nodes and surrounding organs.  

This may include the prostate in men.  In women, this may include the uterus, cervix, fallopia tubes, and part of the vagina.

5-10 days: If done by laparopscopy, you go home the same day. Recovery varies but some women feel great 2 days after surgery and some take closer to 10 days to feel back to normal. But you can resume most normal daily activities within 2-3 days of surgery.

Don't worry: I haven't had a cystectomy but i've done hundreds. If that's all that is needed, you will have a complete recovery. Should the "cyst" be a tumor of some kind, it might require removal of the ovary. I don;t know your age or circumstances but you should do well.

Depends on age/size: SOmetimes if a large cyst is encountered and you are concerned about a malignancy, you take the ovaries out to get a pathologist to review it as a whole. If you take bits and pieces out, you can spread malignancy in your abdomen and worsen prognosis
In younger women, sometimes, preservation of the ovaries is attempted because risk of ovarian cancer is low and there is need for ovaries for fertilit
