Neurologist: These symptoms appear more neurological rather than cardiac. Numbness of left arm and leg can be caused by pathology in the right cerebral cortex which occurs from blockage in the right carotid artery or an intracerebral artery in the right side of the brain circulation. I recommend a prompt evaluation in the hospital emergency room where a brain cat scan and carotid artery ultrasounds can be done

Arm, jaw, chest pain: This is not something that can be diagnosed without an examination and additional information and medical/dental history.
You have multiple problems that should have been examined long ago. They may or may not be related: possibly medical abnormalities, dental (infection or TMJ), or reactions to stress.
Please see your medical doctor and dentist ASAP.

See your doctor: Have it re evaluated if not getting better. Especially if getting worse. Cardiac disease would be rare in an 18 year old. However i would have it checked out by a physician.

Unknown: You need to be examined and worked up carefully for recurrent clots, heart disease and other syndromes.

Lle: Possibly coincidental that the left arm and leg are symptomatic unless there is something in the brain causing it. More likely carpal tunnel in hand and pinched mid lumbar nerve or diabetic amotrophy.

Sounds like pinched: nerve, but any pain in left arm is concerning for angina.  You are quite young to develop heart disease, but you should see your doctor to make sure your heart is ok, especially if you have risk factors.

Herniated disc: Coughing increases pressure in the spine and if there is an underlying  compression of a nerve or the spinal cord itself, pain can be produced.  Best to be examined and perhaps have an MRI of the neck perfored.

Many Possibilities: Although you are young, we can't forget that left arm pain can be referred from other places such as the heart, cervical spine, etc.  There certainly are many other possibilities such as referred shoulder pain, but if you haven't seen a physician i would recommend starting with your regular doctor first to narrow the possibilities.

Depends: Treatment of upper arm pain would depend on the reason for the pain.  Does this follow an injury?  Do you have full range of movement at the shoulder?  Do you have pain when you move your neck in all directions?  I recommend you see your doctor for this problem.
