Please restate Q: I don't understand your phrase "hot" in reference to sperm. Are you speaking of temperature? Temperature of sperm should not affect fertility although temperature of your testes might (better to be cooler than warmer). Assuming that you didn't have sex until you got married last month (congratulations! by the way), that's not enough time to get pregnant even if you have sex several times daily.

There : There is always a chance that you are pregnant if you have unprotected sex. A man who is erect will emit pre-ejaculatory fluid which contains semen. If you are observing the pull-out method to prevent pregnancy, you will always be at rik for getting pregnant with each sexual encounter. Early signs of pregnancy include:
1. Nausea/vomiting - morning sickness 
2. Spotting/breakthrough bleeding - due to an egg's implantation into the uterus 
3. Back pain 
4. Breast enlargement and/or tendeness 
5. Heachaches - due to hormonal changes 
6. Nipple changes (for instance a change in color) 
7. Frequent urination 
the pregnancy hormone can be detected in the urine 14 days after conception. Do take a pregnancy test after that time frame.

Probably not: Your asking for opposite things.  If you want a “mainstream” doc who will do “appropriate” testing and prescribe “appropriate” meds, that probably will not be the same person who gives out “natural” (and generally useless) “naturalpath” medications. Many exceptions (of course), but generally if you want one, you’ll have to accept the other. (May even feel better in the end)

It is hard at times to deal this.A good doctor will ask the patient via an interpreter,  if needed, what they expect and how they feel about what is going on with them. To give the best care the doctor needs to understand the patients beliefs
