Air Pollution: A hepa  filter in the bedroom helps a great deal.  Get in the habit of humming ofter. This restores the lazy cilia caused by the pollution. Drive windows closed with air conditioner on. Avoid outside on bad days. Wearing Breathe.Pure nasal filters helps for large particles.

Good sleep hygiene: 1.Keep regular bed &amp; wakening time (even weekends). Get up same time daily. 2. Use regular, relaxing bedtime routine: warm bath / shower, aromatherapy, reading, or listening to gentle music. 3. Sleep in dark, quiet, cool room w comfy mattress &amp; pillows. 4. Bedroom only for sleep &amp; sex.  Put work materials, computers, &amp; TVs in another room. 5. Finish eating at least 2-3 hrs prior to bed.

Sleep hygiene: Including balanced activities during the day with at least some physical activity, ideally outdoors, no tv or computer before bed time, light dinner hours before bed time, avoiding or reducing coffee and alcohol are only few suggested changes. Nights mirror our days and they are not all meant to be the same.

2. Make a regular, relaxing bedtime routine. Relaxing rituals prior to bedtime many include a warm bath or shower, aroma therapy, reading, or listening to gentle music. 
3. Sleep in a dark, quiet, cool room on comfortable mattress & pillows.
