Conjunctivitis : Conjunctivitis including bacterial and viral are commonly seen in childreen.  It is certainly a good idea to have your child seen by your local ophthalmologist where she can be fully evaluated.

Since : Since he has such persistent symptoms, I am glad that he is going back in to be seen.  He may need a scope procedure to look into the sinus areas and see what the problem is.  I assume he is taking a decongestant as well; if not he should be.  If nothing is seen by scoping him, he may indeed need another ct scan to evaluate his persistent symptoms.

Bacterial conjunct.: Likely you have a bacterial conjunctivitis. Most often the oral antibiotics should clear it up. Using hot towel compresses to keep the eyes clean (wipe away green discharge) should help. If this does not help in 2-3days or if vision is being affected or having pain, see you eyemd for an antibiotic drop ; it will clear it up fast.
